We have a very detailed packing process which allows us to guarantee that your tree arrives to you healthy and in one piece. This process is as follows:

1. Selecting Healthy Bonsai Trees: We start by choosing only healthy and robust bonsai trees for shipment. Trees with signs of stress, disease or weakness are excluded from the packing process.

2. Pruning and care: Before packing, our expert gardeners carefully prune and care for the bonsai trees. This ensures they have a balanced shape and reduces the risk of branches breaking during transport.

3. Watering and soil preparation: The bonsai trees are thoroughly watered and the soil is checked for the right moisture content. We use special foil around the pot so that moisture can circulate in the potting soil for a long time.

4. Cushioning and stabilisation: To protect the bonsai tree from shocks during transport, we use special recycled cushioning cardboard. This prevents unnecessary movement and minimises the risk of damage.
