Next to watering your bonsai, lighting is one of the most critical factors to consider when taking care of a bonsai tree. Hence, it is important that you find the right place for your bonsai.

Finding the perfect spot

In order for your bonsai tree to thrive, it is crucial that you find the right spot where you will place your bonsai tree. 

At least a few hours per day your bonsai should receive some direct sunlight. Hence, try to place your tree as close to a window as possible. A window frame for instance would be a good spot.
